Public Safety Committee

About Us

The Public Safety Committee shall have supervision in all matters pertaining to the borough police force, as well as the supplies, equipment, materials and motor vehicles of same, subject to the authority delegated to the Mayor pursuant to the Pennsylvania Borough Code. This committee shall also have supervision in all matters pertaining to fire fighting, fire prevention, civil defense, or emergency management, animal control, and school crossing guards.
