Law & Ordinance Committee

About Us

The Law and Ordinance Committee shall have supervision in all matters connected with the preparation, introduction, passage, printing and advertising of all ordinances, as well as oversight and supervision of the enforcement of same. This committee shall also have supervision of all land use, land planning, building and/or subdivision projects or applications within the borough, as well as zoning matters, and shall be the liaison with the Planning Commission and Zoning Officer.
