Release for Street Repair

Please Note: If the damage to the street is due to residential problems, the resident will be fully responsible and will reimburse the Borough of Aldan within thirty (30) days of the signing of this release. If the problem is found to be the responsibility of the Borough, the cost will be incurred by them.
