The Aldan Swim Club is a family-oriented, seasonal community pool located in the Borough of Aldan. Our facility features a 5-lane pool, a baby pool with zero-depth entry, a small swim team, and a snack bar. Throughout the season we host fun community events including movie nights and splash parties. We pride ourselves on maintaining a friendly, welcoming environment with a helpful and enthusiastic staff.

We are currently hiring for the following seasonal positions:
Lifeguards
The Aldan Swim Club is looking for Lifeguards to join our top-notch staff. The individuals must be friendly, dependable, and customer service-oriented with great people skills. In return we offer competitive compensation and a friendly and supportive atmosphere where employees can have fun as well as work. We have plenty of shifts available and can accommodate full or part-time employees. Current lifeguard certification is required. We will reimburse lifeguard training for someone interested but does not have the certificate. Some restrictions apply to training reimbursement. Standard Pennsylvania clearances are required. Snack Bar Supervisor
The Aldan Swim Club is searching for a Snack Bar Working Supervisor. This individual must possess great customer service skills, be dependable and trustworthy. Some of the responsibilities include working the snack bar, taking orders, running the cash register, cooking food and serving orders at the counter. Supervisory responsibilities include training staff, scheduling staff and shifts with the Snack Bar Director, ensuring food safety practices are followed, keeping the snack bar stocked, sanitary, and being able to always pass a Health Department inspection while maintaining great food quality. Coordinating inventory needs with the Snack Bar Director. A Safe Serve Management certification is helpful.
Snack Bar Supervisor (Over 18)
The Aldan Swim Club is searching for Snack Bar workers. The candidates must possess excellent people skills, be dependable, trustworthy and demonstrate great customer service skills. Responsibilities include being professional and courteous to all customers, taking orders, running the cash register, preparing orders and serving them at the counter in a professional manner. Must be willing to accept and follow instructions from the snack bar supervisor. Minimum age to work in the Snack Bar is 15 years. Minimum age to cook on the grill or friers is 18 years.
